“ This place is always packed, so come before the crowd. Pho and papaya salad is legit! After trying them, you just might beba regular. ”
“ Staffs are super friendly and talkative. The server will ask questions just to make sure it is what you really want which is good thing. Som tum Thai style, duck noodles, seafood pho, and pineapple salmon were what we ordered. I liked pineapple salmon even though it was not a chunk pineapple. It was small tiny diced pineapple sauce on top of salmon with steam vegetables such as carrot asparagus broccoli and string beans. Health dish to me. Sum Tom was good tending toward salty side. The duck noodles and seafood noodles were okay nothing special about them. I would assume their rice plates would be a hit as well as appetizer, salad, or any finger food. Ohhh of course he went for Thai tea and Thai coffee. Thai coffee was not as strong as I liked it to be. Sorry no pics for the drink we were way too thirsty. Skip the Q part cau the A will be yes I would visit them again for the rice plates ”
“ This has to be one of my top five spots in Merced. This restaurant serves amazing food such as Fried Rice, Chow Mien, Egg rolls, Spring Rolls, but my all time favorite is their Pho! Packed with flavor, the broth alone is so delicious. I go for the beef pho minus the meatballs. Honestly something about the meatballs in any kind of pho just doesn't sit well with me. Everything else though, the beef, noodles, onions, and that spicy chili for an added kick hits all the right spots on my taste pallet. Seriously, if you have not been here you need to try it out. I love walking into this place because it is a fairly big size restaurant, and most of the time they're busy. You're lucky if you go into this place and it's not packed. The servers are always speedy, and extremely friendly. One thing I a stickler about is having my water filled, and they stay on top of that. For desert, the mango sticky rice is amazing. You would think rice with coconut milk and mango wouldn't hit, but it does! Love the restraint vibes with the high ceilings. This place is located in the Promenade which has dense parking so be prepared when visiting this fine establishment. Highly recommended ”
“ We got the pho and the pineapple salmon The pho was as would be expected. Good. Lots of noodles with good texture. The salmon itself was good. Kind of crispy which I like. The sauce had a strange smell it may be that I'm just not used to the spices used for it. The service is friendly and collaborative. ”
“ I have ate a lot of pad Thai dishes from various Thai restaurants and Thai Cuisine II is by far one of my favorites, exceeding with their pad Thai dish! The noodles are always perfect--never soggy and never dry. They're full of flavor and juicy when slurping, leaving a delicious residue on your lips. The portion can feed two, but I would recommend taking one to-go for later. Looking forward to come back soon. ”
“ 5 Stars from the time I walked in. Friendly staff, Amazing food, Very clean restaurant. Thank you Johnny for the kind and attentive service. I tried 4 different dishes and all were amazing. Super Delicious! This is a must go if you're in Merced. ”
